CANNABINOIDS & THC
T
he amazing discoveries of Dr. Raphael Mechoulam who in 1964 discovered the first cannabinoid "CBD" and in 1992 discovered the endocannabinoid system in the human body.  These groundbreaking discoveries have led to many clinically proven medical treatments using CBD (non-psychoactive), THC (psychoactive) and various combinations of more than 100 psychoactive and no-psychoactive cannabinoids.   In 2018, the U.S. farm bill passed to allow for the harvesting of hemp in all 50 states and there are now more than 30 U.S. states have approved medical marijuana. Some states passed laws for the recreational use and several countries, like Canada have approved recreational use.
